1. Cancellation by Customer
More than 24 hours before the tour date: Full refund.
Less than 24 hours before the tour date: No refund.
2. No-Shows
If you do not show up for your tour or activity, no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation by SanTaxi
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or other factors beyond our control), we will offer you the following options:
A full refund of the amount paid.
Rescheduling of the tour to another date.
An alternative tour of equal value.
4. Changes and Amendments
Change of Date: Requests to change the date of the tour will be accommodated if made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date, subject to availability.
Substitutions: You may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, provided you inform us at least 24 hours before the tour date.
5. Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies: If a cancellation is due to a medical emergency, please provide a valid medical certificate, and we will evaluate the possibility of a partial refund or rescheduling.
Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds or rescheduling will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
